Enrolment:

If you would like to enrol with us we simply require an enrolment fee of £20 (non refundable) to secure your place. This is deductible from the starter pack which is £35 which includes the book 1 for your chosen course, USB pen drive or download code for accompanying backing tracks, so you can practise effectively at home, Stockport Music School printed music bag, 2x Stockport Music School highlighter pens and 1 pencil (£40.50 when purchased separately)

Fees:

For our group lessons we charge a set monthly fee, payable in advance using ”Autopay”. We offer a discount for additional courses taken or for siblings also taking lessons with us.

From January 2023 our fees for will be charged as follows:

£59.50 per month - 1st course/child (£57.00 when paying via *Autopay)

£56.50 per month - 2nd course/child (£54.00 when paying via *Autopay)

The 12 equal monthly instalments cover the 44 lessons we teach throughout the year. When first enrolling, your first payment may be different to account for the actual number of lessons remaining in the year.

Lessons are weekly and run throughout term time. However, we don’t take a break at half term.

Minimum enrolment: 3 months.

If enrolling for more than one course, we offer a discount (also for siblings). Please ask for details.

Our one to one lessons are charged at the following rates:

£19.95 for a 30 minute lesson (£17.85 when paying via *Autopay)

£27.30 for a 45 minute lesson (£26.25 when paying via *Autopay)

£35.70 for a 60 minute lesson (£33.60 when paying via *Autopay)

*Autopay- to qualify for the discount, enrol online here. Simply enter your preffered payment card details. Payments will be processed automatically monthly in advance using “Autopay” powered by Stripe.
*Missed lessons will not be refunded but if you notify us before-hand we may be able to offer you an alternative lesson

EXAMS

The keyboard exam syllabus is based on the Play for Keeps course material and is fully accredited via Rock school. The guitar exam syllabus is based on the Guitar Encounters course material and is fully accredited via Rock school.

Exams sessions are usually held at Stockport Music School 2 to 3 times per year. Our next session will be held on Sunday 3rd July 2023
